1. About these terms

By using this website, booking a service or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms with Afristar Media.

2. Services

Service quotes are provided per project after we receive your brief. A quote is valid for 14 days. Work begins once the agreed deposit is received. Timelines are estimates and depend on scope, location access and your timely feedback.

3. Training courses

  • Course fees are stated on each course invoice page and are payable in full before access is granted.
  • Access includes the online class, the WhatsApp community, course materials and mentor support for the stated duration.
  • Course schedules may be adjusted; changes are announced in the course community.
  • Course materials are for your personal learning only and may not be resold, shared or redistributed.

4. Payments

We accept payment by card, transfer, USSD and mobile money through Paystack, and by direct bank transfer. For bank transfers, always use your invoice reference as the narration so we can match your payment. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.

5. Refunds

Course fees are refundable in full if you request a refund before the cohort begins. Once classes have started, fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer your place to the next cohort once, free of charge. Service deposits are non-refundable once production has been scheduled.

6. Intellectual property

Rights in commissioned work transfer to you on final payment, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

7. Conduct

Our communities are professional spaces. Harassment, spam, and sharing of paid materials will result in removal without refund.

8. Liability

We deliver our work to a professional standard but cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as views, streams, sales or job offers. Our liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us for that service or course.
